โ โ โ โ โ Nicole phua you have never taken a helper from us at jayamaids, and we do not provide helpers from mynmar. we do not have unfair practises....like only 50% refunds or 8 months deductions. we are specialized in indonesian helpers from central jawa and we deduct only 3 months from our helpers. we have the lowest deduction in spore because we run our own training centre in central jawa to not just reduce cost but mainly to be able to streamline our selections and provide training to prepare the right candidates for spore.
we are not house helper,we are jayamaids and are not associated with house helper.
we will not take legal actions against you but if you could just check on your mistake and apologise over here to correct the harm you might have cost to jayamaids reputation.

โ โ โ โ โ Would not recommend anyone to hire maid from this agency. Very poor service especially after collecting the money. Very slow to respond. Have to chase them for everything. The worst among the agencies I have been to.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the most expensive and money grubbing maid agencies around. Service is poor and staff are rude. Although the contract states u can change maid unlimited times in the first 6 months, the staff will come out with all sorts of reasons to stop you from changing your helper.
Hired 2 helpers from them and both are pretty bad.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff did their job perfectly well. When we faced issues with the maid, the staff promptly responded to the matter. From legal issues up till repatriation, they continued to follow up . I always got replies within the same day and even after working hours which is something I'm grateful for . It was helpful for a first-time employer such as myself.

โ โ โ โ โ I agree with some of the comments that I also hired one of the best helpers. My kids like my helper very much and we have good working relationship. 2 years is up and I am returning to look for another helper again as this cureent one wish to return to family..
