Hi im writing in to feedback on your T&C for withdrawal issues.My point of view, the notice dates that parents need to submit doesn’t make sense at all. I informed the supervisor before February that im withdrawing my son due to my subsidy being rejected.And i do hope to get back my deposit,as we are in need of cash as well but was told that its not possible. The reason is unclear of why im unable to get it back though i will not be sending him again on the month of February. I don’t get any answer from your printed forms or the supervisor herself. Karen advised me to still send him to utilise the month of February. What’s the reason for holding on to my deposit???The second reason why im also withdrawing him is because he is uncomfortable there. So why do i still need to send him over just to Utilise the deposit?? I think it unfair for the child to still attend and not being happy just because “I” need him to. With that said, i hope that you’ll be able to let me know whats the reason so as i can be at ease. Thank you. Review is for south view primary school branch

Food for the kids is so bad they call it vegetarian but with no obvious protein. Suggest that msf should spot check. Publicize your food pictures then. Total bluff on the food catered. It is 95% carbohydrates. Staff are very obese and one of them is a bully. Shamelessly open up so many centers. Very crowded very noisy. No discipline instilled. Children are rude.
