★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27 Dec 18, 4.30pm. I was at Blk 283 Bt Batok outlet. I walked in and this old lady was manning the counter and looking at her computer. I asked her for the price of the wood and metal paint. She brusquely replied " $15.40cts'. Then I asked her for the price of the ceiling paint. She retorted "Come back on Monday to ask me questions". A Malay customer walked in at this moment and she left the counter and attended to him. I was left standing there waiting for her. She completely ignored me and there was a busybody old man (her friend) inside the shop who chirped in " Come back on Monday". I was baffled. I want to ask 2 simple questions and she ignored me. I left the shop and I wrote down the shop unit, her friend (the old man) challenged me to take photograph of the shop as well.
