★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ur office at The Metropolis to deliver some Christmas gift (foodstuff) from another company(my client) . Unfortunately, the P&G concierge at Lvl 1 is not helpful at all. The concierge cannot receive the gift, I understand completely, but they were unable to direct me to the correct person to receive the gift. The concierge sent me to the mailroom, knowing that the mailroom does not accept food gifts. The staff at the mailroom kindly helped me ding the department's admin staff to come to collect the gift instead. This should have been done by the concierge, which would have saved me the hassle of going on a wild goose chase to look for the mailroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried asking for customer feedback email address. Tried calling their main line. Its like no one working in this big organisation.
Only their chatbot is working with standard scripts.
I recd missing items bought thru Lazada and while thier courier had confirmed lost 2 days ago and had forwarded to them, PG still replied we are still in a discussion with our operations. Disappointing
