β β β β β The female chinese worker at the counter who doesnβt wear specs has a serious attitude problem. She got my Kung Pao Chicken dish wrong and still scolded me for telling her she made a mistake. Also, I ordered a soya bean drink to go with it, and she didnβt even bother to seal the top with a plastic lid, causing it to spill.

β β β β β Healthier choice! The outlet here gave a serving of Edamame instead of the usual soya dough stick. Always a warm fuzzy and healthy feeling eating Mr.bean soya porridge for breakfast..exceptionally heart warming on rainy days. Chosed the spicy minced meat porridge $3.80. Top up a dollar to get a cup of soya drink (50% sugar is good enough for a satisfactory taste)..complete and ready for the day! The crew at Metropolis outlet are efficient during morning crowd! There are at least 4 seats, window seats =) at this outlet.

β β β β β This outlet seriously needs more attention from Mr Bean HQ.
2 weeks ago bought Pearly soya milk, but no more pearls around late afternoon, replaced with cincau; 1 week ago went to redeem 3-in-1 Riceballs, but there was no more sesame riceballs around afternoon, could only get all peanuts riceballs.
This outlet always run out of certain ingredients, either the business was too good or the supply is undersupplied. The HQ should keep track on the stock quantities to make sure there is no shortage of certain ingredients.
The male staff here also has poor service attitude.

Extremely rude with her tone and attitude towards customers. She is born with the ability to ruin your day so be mentally prepared for the worst when you enter this outlet.
Mr BEAN HQ! Please teach your staff to speak in English and not Mandarin. Some of us are not proficient and last I check this is Singapore and our main language of communication is English. Most textbooks are all written in English.
I didnt get her question of sugar level initially because her speaking speed is too quick and she shouted at me when she repeated her questions. Damm girl there was only a person behind me not much of a queue no idea why so agitated.
I see other people have similar experience, please send her for training before she ruin more people experience at Mr Bean!
