★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional consultant who just cold-called to ask me to upgrade my insurance. So i told her that i would consult my agent first before confirmation. Then she replied: "i see, so you are not interested." And end the call.
I am interested to upgrade my policy but i am not interested to use the service of unprofessional consultant. Thank you for your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for insurance through one of their agents. However, my application was rejected. I only found out through the insurer directly. Until now, I have not heard a word from my agent. The agent should have reached out to at least inform me. I didnt feel like this consultant helped me in the process at all. I might as well have just self-applied for the insurance.

I like that they can propose multiple plans from various insurers and help you decide which is best according to your needs. My advisor, Graham, is approachable and always prompt in replying my queries.
