Highly recommend. Have yet to do PWS, and have only visited them once at their store in Ubi, but already very happy/impressed with their service. Prompt, efficient and favourable responses (even over phone messages!) Very welcoming and helpful. Competitive and flexible packages. New gowns every month. Love their A-line gown selections and options of gown strap/accessories. Appreciate feedback/experience on gown shape, alterations and recommendations. Looking forward to PWS and AD with Promises Wedding! Only wished I had known of Promises Wedding prior to confirming another package with other company. Impressed with Promises Wedding that I signed another PWS and AD package. Highly recommend. :)

Recommend Promise wedding service. I managed to know them from Facebook advertisement and no regret with choosing them for my both prewedding shoot and actual day celebration. Very decent gowns to choose from. Package can be tailored according to our needs. Yu ting was very nice to cater to our needs for the whole journey. It saves us the hassle of going around for different services. Photographer Mr. Lim is very patient and funny. Loves the photos. Makeup artist Charmaine is very great with makeup. Definitely love the look of the makeup. Natural and elegant. Flower bouquet is very nice and have a good variety to choose from. It would be great if the actual day transportation can be arranged too. But overall a perfect 10/10 score and thumbs up!!

We have been to other bridal shops that hard sells and persuades you to take up a package with them and tries very hard to up sell. Promises Wedding gave us a very friendly and welcoming experience. They explained to us what they have on promotion and what are the packages available without hard sell. More of a sharing session that doesn’t felt complied to sign up with them. I can’t really recall well the names of the staffs that served us, I think it’s Jolene and Jeanie. In the end, we took up their premium pre-wedding package with makeup artist and chose their in-house photographer. The makeup artist (MUA) Charmaine was very professional and did a great job with our makeup and constantly help us check and re-apply when she felt a need to. The in-house photographer Lim was very experienced and he was able to guide us well in posing for the photos. During the pre-wedding photo shoot session, we seems to have been taught a lesson on how to pose and look better in the photos (your brain will keep surfacing what the photographer jokes and taught you during the photoshoot). He was very funny and spontaneous, making the whole photoshoot session very fun and enjoyable, instead of feeling tired or dreading it. We sincerely recommend Promises Wedding to all potential couples planning their Pre-Wedding. You won’t be disappointed.

Really heartfelt gratitude to Promises Wedding! We are extremely lucky that we decided our PWS with promises wedding on our very first bridal studio visit. Overall a very pleasant experience from PWS package selection to gowns/suits fitting with no hard sell at all, then from actual PWS day to post PWS photos selection. Jolene and Jeanie assisted us so much in selecting our favourite gowns and suits,relentlessly provided us professional and friendly service throughout, even during our additional requested visit for gown fitting. On actual PWS day on 8 Dec 2021, the humorous photographer Lim engaged us very well, and made us felt very comfortable/natural with the photoshooting. The MUA Charmaine has done a very fantastic grooming on us, we loved how our make over that day. We are currently less than 2 weeks to our AD, we were more than impressed with our beautiful PWS photos, it was exceed our expectation! Promises wedding has been promptly assist us with getting the photos edited nicely, album layout etc. Thank you once again Promises Wedding for being part of our new milestone.

Chanced upon Promises Wedding when searching for a bridal shop. After shopping around just 2 or 3 more bridal shops, decided to go with Promises Wedding as we feel the most comfortable when communicating with Yuting and Jeanie. The package offered was inclusive of gown rental, suit rental, father jacket, hand bouquet and car decor, make-up, photog and videog. I love how it is a one-stop service and pricing was really competitive. Actual day went smoothly. Photos and videos look great. Both videographer and photographer make us feel at ease, hence the process was enjoyable. Their partnered makeup artist, Charmaine, was fast and good. Even my mother was all praises for her. For the many actual days that i was bridesmaid, make-up almost always overrun. Charmaine is experienced and did both hair and make-up very quickly. Overall, super duper satisfied with our experience with Promises Wedding and highly recommend them. Wishing them all the best! :)

Promises wedding provided us a very good service by being very patience when we were choosing the gown and suit. The photos were all very nice! I made a request for getting some photos within a week for my husband’s birthday, and they made it happen for me. So thankful for their kind service. Love their service! Value for money ? while the service is still very good!

Promise Wedding Service really exceeded our expectation. They are prompt in their reply, they are detailed in all explanation on their services and they have a really wide range of selection for their grown to choose from. During our photoshoot, I have to say the photographer was a delight, he know how to set the mood to take the photo that you want and was easy to communicate. The hairdresser did an amazing job in making us look our 101%. Overall, it was a great great experience with them. Honestly, their price is reasonable and affordable as compared to others. Would really recommend you guys to give them a chance and enquire about their service~
