I am so grateful for the support provided by Providend. We have used Providend for more than 15-years and during this time we have had numerous invaluable recommendations to protect and increase our asset base. All the advisors are just a phone call away and I am comfortable asking the most basic of questions.

Would you do your own dentistry? Then why are you trying to manage your finances by yourself? I have been a client of Providend for the last ten years, and just achieved a major financial milestone that would never have been possible without the guidance of Eleanor and the Providend team. I got to know about Providend from my ex-colleague who attended one of Christopher’s financial planning workshop about 3 years back. He then recommended me the book Money Wisdom written by Chris which got me interested about retirement planning. As I was embarking on my second career, I decided to engage Providend 2 years ago to help with getting my finances and my retirement planning sorted out. I was then linked up with Yong Cheng who became my Advisor. Yong Cheng has been a great help. First, to get my insurance plans in order so I am protected in the event of any unfortunate events. Then, we moved on to plan out my retirement funding plan. These allow me to feel assured about moving on with a career change and also a peace of mind to know that most of my financial needs are taken care of. So, for anyone who is unsure if you are adequately protected despite having bought multiple insurance plans, and even less sure if what you have saved and invested in thus far is able to truly see you through your retirement comfortably. I would recommend that you talk to the team at Providend.

One of the best decisions we made was to engage Providend as our financial advisor. Being fee only, they are unbiased and trustworthy. Our thanks goes to Chin Yu who is not only proactive, but detailed both in planning and patient in clarifying our queries.

This is in fact a delayed review. We were introduced by my sis who have been a client of Providend for a long time. Eleanor has been very helpful and patience in explaining and helping us in setting up retirement plan for us and educational plan for our children. Eleanor Ng of Providend has been helpful in giving objective advice on my financial planning. She was also very efficient in handling my insurance claim matters and advised me on claim benefits that I was not aware of. No matter how trivial my enquiries were, Eleanor would do her best to advise me and resolve the matters in her usual professional manners. At the same time, she is approachable and would respond as soon as she could at any time.

My discovery meeting with Eleanor Ng was a useful session. She enabled me to clarify some of my investment struggles by asking thought provoking questions..She was professional in handling our conversation, respectful of my needs and provided some options without being prescriptive. I appreciated her patience and active listening to help me see different perspectives in the course of our conversation.
