m	may yeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for the Citibank Dyson hair dryer promotion, have met all requirements and the Singsaver staff confirmed to me via email that I'm eligible for the reward. This was back in early Sept 2021. I was told to wait 120 days, which is well beyond that as of now. When I followed up on Dec, they told me to check with them again in Feb 2022. Email them but there is no reply from them anymore. Sure a big organisation and not keeping up with their promises to their customer. Seriously?

Despite getting promised multiple times with deadlines on when I will get my redemption gift, they disappeared and did not ever give me my redemption letter. I’ve chased via email, chased via social media and to no avail. It is truly a scammer company and I would strongly discourage anyone from signing up a new credit card reward with them. Ticket number 208477 But no point giving them any ticket numbers, all they do is just to keep pushing you back and never actually giving you the redemption letter. Will report this to MAS.

The other card reward directly told me not credited after I spent 1k on that card. Very disappointed, this feels more and more like a scam. Update in mid-Jan 2022, received the email and item from SingSaver. It's late but better than nothing. Thanks to the google review, I believe here is a good place for people to know the truth and also force these types of companies to do what they promised to the customer. Hope the other friends here get your gift soon.

Likewise, applied card 6 months ago and no gifts till date even though the bank confirmed my gift eligibility months ago and just waiting for SingSaver processing. No hotline to call or email to send, other than a feedback form with no replies from them at all. So naturally, all 'victims' started to think they are scammers. In any case, if they are not sincere in providing timely replies, updates or resolutions to their 'victims', then let's try to bring its reputation and their relationships with the banks down through these powerful Google reviews! Time to go apply credit card with their main competitor!

The whole enquiry process took a while and I managed to receive the reward redemption email from the customer service team. Thankful that I was still able to redeem the reward (even though it was months overdue). Overall it was a good customer experience with SingSaver.

Easy application on the website and the card comes straight away but you do need to wait a couple of months for the watch (I ordered in September and it arrived in December) so that’s the only catch but as long as you are able to wait a while, it’s a no brainer.

I have made multiple queries since Feb '22 and were asked to contact them 120 days later, but now they're uncontactable. Sent multiple emails, multiple tickets but no response. Ticket numbers #216313,#181633, #215984 My friend whom applied the same promo as me, despite me meeting all the required requirements, i have yet to receive any info from Sing Saver and my friend already has his name in the winner list. I wonder how their first 10 applications for 12pm, 3pm works, with me completing the reward redemption form faster than my friend during the application.
L	Lisa SD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied CC on end May. Promotion started on early Jun and ended by end Jun. Received an email notification that the gift would be available for collection from 8 Jul. A nice surprise since they mentioned the expected collection is about 2-4 months from promotion end date and was prepared to wait for a while. Note: please clarify with the banks on purchases that are considered qualified spending as they are pretty particular.
