โ โ โ โ โ Our company has our CCTV system installed by Prowler team. I can say that their Engineers are very professional and friendly. They know their stuff well and pricing is reasonable (we did a compare to with a few CCTV service provider in Singapore). They are also authorized partner of HIKVSION in Singapore and so product sold them by them are warranted by HIKVSION. Finally yet importantly, they provide excellent after sale support.

We get to know them through google search and after contacting them, we found out they are the authorized Hikvision Partner in Singapore. They provided us with excellent recommendation and their follow up service is excellent. As our company practice three quotations and their pricing is the lowest among the three (They is why we selected them in the first place). But, even with their low pricing, their workmanship (Cabling) and follow up skill is excellent. My colleague and I strongly recommend Prowler and this is why i am spending my time to write this review for them.

โ โ โ โ โ I seldom write review but I must really say that Prowler International A true Hikvision Singapore Authorized Partner in Singapore (I have a bad experience with those shops in town that sell Hikvision products. No after sale support at all).
Prowler team is well equipped with Hikvision product knowledge and workmanship is also excellent. They are not pushy and would recommend the most cost effective solution to you. They even provide aftersales maintenance service. Strongly recommend this excellent Hikvision Partner if you intend to buy Hikvision Products in Singapore.
