Marx Hong service is bad. He told me he will update me regarding on the discount. After 5 days no updated so I emailed and whats app him on the updates for the discount for cctv package. And he read my whats app just blue tick me without replying me. Since he does not wan to do business. U should just close down this company!!

I needed to install security cameras at my place in a hurry. My wife googled and contacted Techcom and 2 other companies. We found that Jerlin from Techcom was a genuine listener who took time to understand All our requirements and address every Single concern, including a side concern about installations workers etiquette! The prices were transparent on their website and even in the eleventh hour we were allocated an urgent slot for installation the next day. Jerlin also attended to us over the phone for more than 1 hour due to our extensive need for product and installation clarification without ever losing her patience. She was very professional with great product knowledge and always contactable by WhatsApp!! Installation Day was today and We were attended by Mr He and Mr Ali. Mr He was very systematic and methodical. He was polite, professional, approachable, respectful and helpful throughout and work was done properly. He also consulted us on every requirement and explained the camera operations in full detail. (We even asked him for tips on public spy camera detection!!) Mr Ali was very quiet , polite, respectful and hardworking. He always keep a gentle smile and go about his work in an orderly and clean manner. He understood our concerns about the ladder soling our floor and took care to clean the ladder feet before bringing it indoors. He also genuinely took extra effort to do everything with great care for cleanliness after he understood our dislike of dirt. All 3 staffs are Gems! We are pleasantly surprised by the high levels of workmanship, Reasonable and transparent prices and excellent service!! Thank you vm!!! Mr. Hong

Very irresponsible company. My dad arranged a site inspection with them for our CCTV system between 11.30am to 12pm. I came down to my dad’s house to help out with any technical queries. Up till 12pm, there were no signs of them. My dad contacted them after 12pm and he said he will come after 2pm. Whatever reasons or excuses he had, he didn’t have the basic virtue of informing his client before hand about delays and we had to contact him after the scheduled time to find out. CCTV installation should be performed by a responsible company who takes pride in their work. If a company doesn’t even take his work seriously prior to the start of a project, we can’t trust them to provide a after sales service in future.
