★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic after suffering from a cold and cough that refused to go away even after 3.5 weeks. Was prescribed some herbal medication which cured my condition totally after 1 week. I was charged S$20 for the consultation and medication. I donated some money on top of this to the clinic so they can continue to treat people who are more financially needy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I speak only for one doctor. Acupuncture works, but unfortunately it only works if the doctor is highly skilled.
The bad thing is there are plenty of unskilled acupuncturists around. The good thing is I've found a really skilled one here.
He works at the Geylang branch, goes by the name of Dr. Yang. If you have serious pain ailments like sprains from intense sports, and despite heavy medication and it still remains an issue, I would recommend giving him a go as he specializes in treating these unique and difficult to solve pains very effectively.
Note that if you have more complicated symptoms related on organ health, then you need to find another doctor as this doctor is specialized for muscular pains and sprains caused by sports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Clementi branch. The diagnosis process took half an hour, covering a lot of details, unlike the commercial clinic whose doctors usually draw conclusion very fast. The cost is very very low. only $2 for consultation and $12 for 5-day medicines, compared with $40-80 range of normal clinic. I recovered from heavy cough and I believe the Chinese medication prescribed is very effective. Highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bedside manner by docs; detailed questioning, incisive diagnosis; clear instructions on how to take medications. Been taking TCM treatment for the last 30 years, and these guys know their stuff! All docs are volunteers; the PFCS also has an education branch on the top floors where aspiring TCM docs are training. There are also epecialist clinics here- see pix. Treatment rates also listed. Oh, and the blue CHAS card can be used!

The staff were very rude, in particular to the female staff besides the toilet.
The staff would screamed uncontrollably at patients.
They regaled to trample the human dignity of patients.
The origin purpose of providing medical treatment has been defeated。Hooliganism and lawlessnes has reign supreme ！
Must avoid at all costs!
