β β β β β Went to Clinic yesterday evening 07.08.19 staff are friendly and helpful. after more than half hours of waiting my number 319 was called.
For the hope of getting treated for an alternative medicine, I was suggested by the doctor at room 6 to go find out what happen to myself thru western way before coming to get treated. He politly told me I am only 54 but with shaking body and not know what medicines I was taking before coming to him. He rejected to give treatment. He said I may have Parkinson's diseases.
You may not know, patients come to seek help from doctors not only to get physically heal but also psycological help too. If they know what has happen to them, should they come to you or should thery be the one sitting at your position?
Lot of patients give up their lives because they happen to meet doctor like you.
I still hope there are genius doctors around to sincerly help.

β β β β β Told the nurse I want a female doctor at the point of registration. Waited more than an hour and went up to check why isn't my turn yet. End up the nurse told me my Q is under another doctor who is male. I showed a black face and she tried to change the Q to the female doctor. In the first place if she did so won't it be good for all? Moreover, the female doctor attitude is really bad! I waited so long to get medication for ecezma and she told me I should have go to a western doctor instead! I went to another TCM before to get medicine for my ecezma problem and the TCM clinic do have cream and oral medicine for ecezma. What does she mean by there's no cream medication under TCM for ecezma? Is that much knowledge the doctor have?
I went to this public free clinic a few times and I'm very disappointed at the doctor's attitude and service provided. It's the 1st time I wait to see a doctor until I want walk away straight away!

β β β β β Reading all those negative reviews make me cringe. What do you guys expect? Itβs a public free clinic! I think the staff are really friendly and they try their best to help people.
If you want Ritz Carlton service, then go to Raffles Medical, or better yet, get a private personal doctor. The staff was never rude to me and they give clear directions.

β β β β β First came here after going to the HQ in Geylang. Crowded on Saturdays, mostly with regulars, but ok. Don't go too late, as they will close registration so as not to overshoot closing time! Front desk is helpful in recommending appropriate docs for your particular ailment. Oh, and the blue CHAS card can be used here, too! (see pix).

β β β β β when with my husband today at 8pm the front desk lady keep push me to take no 6 room tcm ε»εΈ.At last I accepted went in the old man very unprofessional and ask me my problem.I told him I injured my leg and he say only this problem and very unfriendly. No wonder no people want him and he say if any one I like can go look for other toιηΈ.when he refuse to see my leg I walk out and request other tcm help me..what a lousy tcm room no 6

β β β β β First time go to this clinic. Recommended by colleague . Arrive at 4.45 lucky no Q as it is near closing time 5pm. Only Blues Chas card accepted .Lady Doc is good explained in details as am first time do acupuncture . Knee felt lighter when walking. Doc also advise to loose weight and no cold drinks. Very affordable. Will come again for second treatment but no appointment needed as the clinic lady advised to join Q and come early. Will definitely recommends to all my friends.
