★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brochures have smudges and tearings at the folds. When asked about the tearings, they insisted that they have informed us about the possible issue, even though the word used was "creases". "Creases" does not mean "tearing".
Furthermore, they conveniently brushed the smudge issue aside, saying that they have informed the production side and they will improve next time.
There was no mention of a reprint or refund until we insisted, which was already a few weeks later. By then we do not need the brochures anymore and we asked for a new print of a new design but they insisted that they cannot do it as it is not a reprint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the photo are snap frames. I bought it as soon as i saw a video that they had posted on their social media page. I like the sleek design and snap on features for ease of use. The design of the frame is made in such a way that when you hang it, it looks like it is sticking onto the wall which makes the whole look nice.

This time I had wanted to order 5pcs of A4 foam posters. I ended up buying 10pcs of 2 designs.
I also requested to buy some files after they did some editing for me with the artwork.
They refused to charge me and gave me the files for free.
They are my no.1 choice now for all my marketing collaterals.
