β β β β β I went to change the address in my IC. Officers were knowledgeable and responsive to my need. They also took the effort to establish a personal connection with me.
Location wise, this is a remote NPC compared to the one I'm used to in Sengkang. One has to keep an eye out for the straight shortcut from the LRT station to the NPC. Else, it's a roundabout walk with no shade.

β β β β β Excellent service! I left my phone at some place at punggol and someone pass to 2 officers who were patrolling there. They were so kind to offer to pass to me since I am staying nearby. Thanks Officer Izuan and Fitrah (of cause also they gentleman to pass my phone to them)

β β β β β Very appreciative of the quick response from the PNPC in the wee hours today. Though it was only a reported case of a long trailer parking near our flat with loud idling running engine (for hours) which was disturbing our sleep, the officers responded immediately by checking on the driver and solved the issue within a short while. My thanks to the team as our residents can rest properly again. Cheers!

β β β β β When I reach there was a lady inside and on the foor there was a sign saying please wait for a office to attend to me, one male officer attached to the lady and there was other lady officer doing nothing. Didn't even come out to attend to me, waited 30min I open the door and ask how long more do I need to wait than she came out.

β β β β β Called up the NPC for a noise disturbance during midnight but after more than half, still no sight of the police officers. Youngsters are still there playing ball, laughing and talking loudly.

I know gotta be careful taking statement...but I waited kinda long time and the impression the police give me is they are taking their own sweet time doing their things...show some urgency please
