Poor service and stay away! Just completed service for system 3 at my unit. Came in late and never seen anyone rushing the whole process this way before. Didn't bother to attend or explain aircon leaking issue and only interested in selling chemical cleaning package. Called the office desk and says experienced staff has already left.

Not recommended. After they serviced my a few months old aircon and it made noise at night. Waited 2 days they come back to fix. Then they argue that that noise is normal. After I insisted them to check, they finally found out that they did not assemble properly in previous day. The noise gone only after they dismantle and assemble again.

Fast response from the company. Was there to witness their technician dismantle quite fast and did a clean job. I had experience other company who service my aircon, but they do too slow and didn't do proper cleaning. I will definitely engage them again.

Serviceman (who seemed like a foreign worker) broke a part of the aircon unit during the servicing last year in July, and acted like nothing happened after the crack sound was heard till I picked up the damaged piece and quered him. His supervisor took over the cleaning (as seen in pic) and said will get back to me. Till date, despite repeated messages to them once every few months, either said still checking for the part or largely remained silent with no reply.

Easy to liaise. Both admin and operation staff are prompt with their services. Work well with other contractors if you are on-going major renovation.

Job was done meticulously, very friendly and provide good advice. Do not understand why ppl provide 1star for such good service. Hope my review could help these SME to survive. Cheers!

Very unprofessional bunch of people. We had gas leakage on our condenser unit and shared with the team to fix the issue. They had quoted us 350 and promised a waive of a checking fee. However, when the team arrived, they mentioned they needed to do additional test on the issue that will cost 250 extra on top of the 350 for the same issue that has been communicated. Worst still, they had no time to maintain on the day we scheduled for and requested a 30 dollar checking fee. Reasons for unsatisfactory 1. Requested it to be fixed on the spot prior to scheduling but was told they couldn't do it upon arrival. 2. Shared the exact nature of problem- gas leakage. On the day they arrive, suddenly there is additional test required for the same nature of problem. I.e. being professional, they should have forseen the requirement to do these test given the gas leakage issue. And not suddenly come out with extra ways to charge us and delay the appointment 3. Quoted 350 to fix gas leakage issue. But intention to charge 600 instead for the same issue. I.e. there were no new surprises or any new issues that occurred besides the ones that were communicated. Terrible. Pls do not engage them.

Never engage this company!! It’s one of the worse I’ve ever encounter. Engage them to service my aircon due to a leaking aircon, in the end spending hundreds of dollars and never resolve the issue. After servicing, my aircon leaking issue resolved but suddenly the air con is not cold anymore. Get them back to do a check, they mentioned that it’s because of no more gas and I need to top up gas at $120 and can last for 1-2 years. After paying them for the top up, my aircon only last a day of coldness and back to square one again. Got them back to do a check, now they say it could be due to a leakage somewhere. I have to top up another $250 to do a air con check then will quote me again for the cost of extra repair. End of the day, hundreds of dollars spent and aircon still the same, problems not resolved and they just went MIA from all your messages and calls once they are not able to resolve your issue.
