Her cheerful and friendly demeanour put me at ease from the get go, and she repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I was doing ok throughout the treatment. The cleaning was gentle and pain-free, accompanied with occasional dental care tips based on her observations of my teeth. This is easily 5 stars from me.

She did not rush into the procedure immediately but did a thorough check on my teeth and explained clearly the issues I have before we start. She was also very patient and asked whether I'm feeling ok numerous times. When I was squirming due to sensitivity, she was observant enough to notice that and modified her treatment to make me more comfortable. All in all, she was an outstanding dentist and I would come back for her again.

He also gave me a budget friendly smile makeover by filling my two small canine teeth. I was glad when I first found out he had started his own dental practice. That means no more googling to find out where he is practicing at. I live really far away, but Dr Justin makes the trip worthwhile. No other dental clinics in SG have specific themes like Pure NZ. The NZ inspired decoration makes the place unique and cozy. Clinic assistants are meticulous and helpful.

Since I was unable to locate him I have to look for an alternative dental doctor base on my instinct which was 100% correct. Every procedures was done very carefully. All the staff in the clinic were very welcoming and genuinely care about making their patients feel better. Dr Juliana and Nazurah were extremely patient and professional all while helping diagnose the problem and other queries such as grinding of teeth. They were really nice and helpful and explained everything clearly and concisely. The clinic also did reach out over text to check up on me as well which was very reassuring. My second time at the clinic and it won’t be the last. Definitely one of the best, if not the best dental clinic I have ever been to in my life. Will definitely be visiting the clinic again for future dental cleaning or procedures! :) ??
