Gentle Dental Group @ Bukit Timah - 92 Jln Jurong Kechil

Brought my kid to do scaling and polishing at Jalan Jurong Kechil branch. They did a great job but the fee is considered more expensive compare to others. Total amount including GST $170+. Scaling & Polishing cost $90 + GST, additional consultation fee and Fluoride treatment fee. I was not aware of the fluoride treatment fee and consultation fee, so I was shocked when I saw the bill.

My husband and I see Dr. JD Tan and is a wonderful dentist! He answers all of our questions and concerns very thoroughly. Highly recommend! The staff at the front desk are also very kind and welcoming.

I see Dr. JD Tan for biannual teeth cleanings and wisdom tooth extractions. He has been a very professional and calm dentist during every visit. He is patient, thorough and non-judgmental when answering questions. The front desk staff is also very friendly.

This was the dental clinics for my whole family when we lived in Singapore. Very nice and patient people who take time to explain and were very polite to my kids.

The front desk staffs were extremely helpful despite me coming in feeling a bit frustrated and unsettled with the bad experience I just had before arriving. They were patient in understanding my problem and could slot me in for an emergency filling which was poorly done and fallen out by another clinic (which the other clinic refuse to give me a slot that day and told me to wait for 2 days more). The dentist that attended to me was Dr. Ooi Lip Sin, she was extremely professional and really have the welfare of her patient in mind. She was detailed and meticulous. She is knowledgeable and do not try to out sell any services more than what you really need. I cannot be more grateful that day to have chanced upon Gental Dental Group! Their professionalism and genuine care made my entire day and put my mind at ease on cracking my vulnerable tooth since the filling was out. Thank you so much Dr. Ooi and the front desk staffs for your services. I will highly recommend your services to the people around me! Thank you once again!!

I visited the dental clinic for general check up, scaling and polishing at Jalan Jurong Kechil in September 2021 but the dentist did not notice my molar has a minor hole. After a week of the check up, my molar cracked due to the minor hole. Dr Melissa had filled it up and made it not very good condition. This always giving me the sensitive feel and cannot chew food at the area. And now the molar is very painful. I am not sure that should I go back to them

Would highly recommend Dr JD Tan for his kindness and professionalism. He patiently educated us about my child's teeth situation and taught us what to expect, to know what is normal and what is not. It was quite nerve wrecking being a first time visit for my kid's tooth extraction but Dr Tan was swift and yet did not rush the process. He turned all the worries away and made it into such a pleasant experience. My child was even smiling after his tooth was plucked out. Would definitely recommend Gentle Dentle!

I see Dr Melisa regularly for my scaling and polishing. She also did a front tooth filling and crown for me in the past. She even matched the colour of my teeth so it looks very natural. She's very easy to talk to and always answers all my questions. I would highly recommend her to friends and family and especially those with younger kids.
