โ โ โ โ โ Tried 1 hour massage at $60/hour today. I was attended to by a early middle aged female masseuse. She started the massage at 3.45pm (after attending/collecting payment from earlier customer, taking a toilet break) and ended my massage session at 4.30pm i.e. shortchanged me of 15 minutes!
When I raised this (ending 15 minutes early) to her and the older woman at the counter (boss?), they denied it and tried to cover it up with all kinds of nonsense comments.
Needless to say, i'm never going back again, since I have a great dislike of dishonest people and businesses

โ โ โ โ โ Have been coming here for years now.. When i need to do acupuncture and have treatment massage. Dr Wu is a very nice lady, very experience...i really recomend Dr Wu at Pure Origin at Kinex. Do check it out for those who need treatment..

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to praise my therapist (Wendy) for her fabulous massage. I was greeted with friendly smiles by both the manager and therapists.
Wendy was well experienced.
At the end of the massage, there was barely any upselling of package. The manager asked twice politely and when I rejected it, no questions asked. I felt very comfortable. I might consider returning for a future visit.
