Shoulder and back pain from doing shifts and sitting with poor posture at work. Found this website with good review. First visit in Mar 2022, continue visiting since then. Dr Jack is very kind, friendly and meticulous in explaining the consultation and procedures. His staff are friendly and helpful. Dr said my stiff shoulders is getting better.

Healing Hands at Paya Lebar is absolutely amazing. Dr. Jack is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert at his craft. The staff is exceptionally professional, welcoming, and communicative. They always send a reminder text for my appointments, as well as, send all significant documents and invoices via email. They even went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday through SMS. I highly recommend getting treatment here, you will not be disappointed!

After my national service, I had a recurring neck and shoulder pain that can affect daily functioning at times. I have tried many different treatments to migrate the pain. Some worked for a well but the pain constantly comes back. I never knew what was the cause of it. My friend recommended me to Dr Jack for a free trial. Dr Jack took deliberate steps to find out what's wrong and explain it concisely to me. I was hoping for a one-time cure but he recommended a treatment plan and explain why it is necessary. I agreed and I have experienced great improvement thus far. It has slowly become a highlight of the week for me after a long day at work.

After several acupuncture visit to aid in my lower back, i realised the treatment was not going to completely heal my pain. I decided to visit healing hands to have it examined and try to fix the problem. My trial visit, Dr Jack was (and still is) very knowledgeable and educated me in the problems and potential solutions/adjustments. I had an x-ray done, and was informed of the likely cause of issue. I was recommended to go for the intensive program. I, immediately agreed, his confidence in his words and willingness to help me correct my posture in order to heal properly was what made me trust him. Every session attended, I felt more ease and the pain gradually subsided. I became more flexible as well. I do enjoy my sessions here and always look forward to visiting the clinic. A big shout out to the front desk team as well, they are always very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr Jack, is friendly and always ready to give you the advice you need when you encounter any problems/strains. Both Dr Jack and front desk team are very professional, I always recommend this place to my friends and family, I highly recommend people who are also reading the reviews and considering this place.

Dr Jack is an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable chiro who is patient, soft spoken and very precise with his adjustments. We started to feel the effects of the adjustments within the week and after a number of sessions we have seen great improvements in our condition and also our posture. Highly recommended.

My neck, shoulder and lower back had an ache and stiffness that just wouldn’t go away and was always worse with the stress of work especially since started WFH. My sister recommended Dr Jack, and the session with Dr Jack is my best experience, he is warm and patient. He asks questions to find out the causes of the pain. His adjustments are well done, keying in on a problem area quickly. He listens well and answers any questions been asked, which helps me understands more about my problem. The front desk service is very friendly and always welcome me with happy and positive energy. Besides that I’ve been missed out some of my appointment. They are very efficient and easily to reschedule the appointment to accommodate my busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Dr Jack has been treating me for my neck and back aches and he was very professional and educational while giving lots of constructive feedback on how I can correct my posture to prevent it from affecting my spine and neck. He also recommended how I can do my exercises in a more proper way to minimize the load and pressure exerted on my back and knees which I felt was important to know since I do them very often and may lead to future problems from arising. Staff at the branch were awesome as well! Super friendly and welcoming every single visit :). Kudos to the team!
