The atmosphere is great & the people hosting us was really friendly & accommodating. It's great for a small get together and I would definitely love to come there again.

Good vibes for Gen Z, sofa+high chair combos with good music. VISA machine spoiled though, which made payment difficult. Not very unlike other drinking bars but chill place.

extremely bad customer service . Despite booking a few weeks in advanced, my reservation was cancelled due to their inability to make proper arrangements and reply to their customers . They left me on read then proceed to tell me that they can’t make my reservation on that week itself . It was hard to find another bar at the same day due to last minute changes .

Honestly, with high hopes for this place because of a friends recommendation, the customer service was terrible. I mean, the alcohol was fine. It was just that the young employees there were pretty disrespectful, I could hear them laughing and gossiping about customers. I really would not come back here again because of the service. My friend asked a simple question of "Are you a worker here?" (Mainly because the workers were not wearing a standard uniform/nametag) and the young worker replied in a sarcastic and spiteful tone. To those who are looking for a well rounded bar, with trained employees that are polite and have the ability to provide good customer servuce, puzzles bar is not for you.

extremely atrocious customer service . We booked half a month in advanced to be left on seen and denied our reservations . Due to their incompetence in accommodating to their customer and arranging reservations my night was ruined . ( they told me that my reservation failed on the week that I planned to go )

1.Paid 250 for cleaning fee for vomiting (who the hell pay so much for cleaning fee,ask us to pay 150 dollar then 100 dollar total 250 when we ask why she say couch also count when it was only a little bit which was splash from the floor furthermore there was one more guy who vomited but they didn't charge him) 2.the female staff was rude ，keep prompting us to quickly go (and keep talking to us like we are the one serving her ,the male staff was quite good though ) 3.everyone vapeing and shouting but the staff didn't care 4.No social distancing and everyone was mixed up causing a group of people together 5.nobody is wearing maak 6.the place is smaller than expected 7.honestly don't listen to the comment down it is from their staff,utterly a waste and a bad experience . Would give 0 if I can

Poor service. Sure, if the place is booked out it's cool but it does not warrant a condescending and aggressive confrontation by the frontline staff to ask us to leave. Tbf, we were jus there for one beer and the place was empty at the time we arrived.

The first experiences in this bar isn’t very good. First they mentioned that there will be song request but as you know, it didn’t happen :( not only it did not happen they constantly gave us a very unhappy and unsatisfactory looks. Secondly the fries is badly cooked in a way that it’s super soggy and it tasted full of oil. It was genuinely one of the worse experience i ever had from a bar. Strongly wouldn't recommend anybody to try out this place. It will be your biggest nightmare. All in all. Music was bad , food was awful. Staff experience was unsatisfactory. Save your money on somewhere better.
