Nice place to Chill and relax with friends. Good price, nice food and friendly staff. The food there is amazing, highly recommend for those who want to fill your stomach and get your alcohol fix. There are in door and out door seating. Choose outside seating if you don't like loud music.

[Post Covid-19] Great bar with a wide array of drink options and side dishes. Ordered the Spicy Meat Pizza (can't remember the full name) and it was baked to perfection and loved it! Loved the service given by the staff who constantly filled our cups with our drink as we've ordered a Gin Tonic Tower. The staff were very attentive to detail. Kudos to them. Overall, a great bar I recommend!

The pizza was hard and tasteless. The fish was plain and sauce was so little. The atmosphere was awful. The service was bad and they kept rushing everything. Never coming back here again

Nice place to chill out if you're chinese (playing only mandarin song loudly) Noone to properly guide you to your seat. We sat down, scan for menu, but when we wanted to order the dish, only then it was told it was not avaliable. Maybe you could have inform when we were seated down. We have yet to finish our food and was asked for how we going to settle our bill. Asking for card to hold, is there sure eatery doing such things other than Level 1? Enlighten me please. When going counter to pay, it seems noone remembered that my card was taken, until i voiced it out. The food on our table wasnt finish n it was cleared by your staff. No time limit policy was inform to us but all these was done to us. Asking to pay bill/HOLD card, clearing table before we are done. Very very bad service.Please inform your service

Great place to chill with your friends after a long day of work. There is also Live Band now which makes the atmosphere even better. Prices for foods and drinks are reasonable too, service crew are friendly. Overall good experience.

Got an outdoor table by luck without reservation. Customers are mainly teenagers, vibe is great for a drink, targeting mainly chinese audience for the music. Drinks are cheap and food is fine, just order the classic fries! Skip the pizza, it is awful.

So much fun at Level One! Busy happening place with so much joy and fun! Don't forget to order their courvoisier xo too! There's lucky draw too! Surprised that they have nice food too, truly best of both worlds! My gfs and I had so much fun!! Definitely coming back again!
