I visited Dr Kong Zhong Qin previously for scaling and polishing. Despite this being a new clinic, I felt that the treatment provided was great. Dr Kong gave a very thorough scaling, and was very patient in explaining how best to observe good oral hygiene on a daily basis. Very gentle too through the process, and i did not feel much pain (if at all) during the scaling process. Overall, a recommended clinic to go to and a dentist I would return to

I did tooth extraction today with Dr. Kong. She is very patient and skilful. The whole process was fast and without pain. I would recommend Dr. Kong.

I visited this clinic with my sister for scaling and polishing under Dr Kong. The service by the staff was great, as they were very kind and even reached out to us when there was a cancellation, giving us the chance to move our appointment forward by a few weeks. Dr Kong, together with her assistant, were also very gentle in the process, and were very patient with all of our enquiries. An amazing clinic with amazing personnel, I would definitely recommend this clinic even though it's a new outlet!

Initially visited for a discounted scaling, but doc was very kind and thorough to explain that one of my wisdom teeth had decay and needed to be extracted on a next visit. Extraction was done with care and was painless (I'm quite scared of pain) and doc even showed me the tooth and the area of decay which turned out to be deeper than expected. Thank you for the extremely high level of service and care provided, will definitely stick with this clinic for dental in future! ❤️

disgusting service. I am a patient who is recently diagnosed with severe osteoporosis . I need a proof document from a dentist to certify that my teeth are in good condition in order for medication given by a government hosipital. An appointment offered by general government dental clinic will push me back to August, which I am unable to wait as I am too eager to treat my illness immediately . Thus, I went forward to visit QM dental clinic (Yuhua place Branch). A dentist name Ms Choi attended to me and check on my teeth. She told me that i need to do a X-ray for my teech and later on informed me that i need to do root canal therapy for one of my tooth. I am confident that my teech are in good condition as i do regular visits to NUS dental to check on my teech and my last visit was just a few months back. In addition, I do not feel any pain or uncomfotable in all my teech. However, Ms Choi May Yen Jennifer insist that I need to do a seperate X-ray on my (suspected) ill tooth and the result are to my expectation, it is a healthy tooth. I expected that after all these checks I should be able to receive the letter/document i require for my Osteoporosis medication in Polyclinic, however, Ms Choi proceed to say that i need to do a full scaling on my teeth before that document will be presented to me. I replied her that i do not want to do scaling that this time and i just require that letter. She replied that the letter will not be given to me unless I do the process as instructed and she was very persistent that I have to go to through with the treatments. I am 60 years old and suffering from this illness , I just want to treat my problem asap. I reluctantly gave in to her. To my horror, she then said that i need to do a "premium" deep scaling, which cost $180 which is $60 more than the normal type. I was told that i must do the $180 service in order to receive the recommendation letter. I gave in again. During the service she again suggested that I need to braces which is $650 which will help my teeth. At that point I was very reluctant so I insisted that i do not wish to put on the braces. After all these hassle I was finally presented with the letter that I was hoping for. The bill amounted to $521.95 in the end and in the bill I was charged $45 for consult and $18 for sterilisation and disposal which usually dental clinics does not charge me for. I am on utter disbelieve and my heart is bleeding. I have a very pedestrian job and do not earn much. After much thinking, I think that Ms Choi took my advantage of me eagerly wanting to treat my Osteoporosis and suggested treatments which I do not nesseccery need that this point in time. I have went to QM clinic before (bukit batok) and I am aware of the price that they are offering and the previous encounters are all good. Thus, the reason I am writing this letter is that I feel that QM clinic (Jurong East) hard sell me treatments which I do not require at this point and forced me to accept them as Ms Choi the denist has the Letter in hand which I could not refuse. I take good care of my teeth and I visit government dentist every 6 months at least to check on my teeth so there is not a chance that my teeth are in bad condition which I need all the premium service. I would like an explanation/reply on this matter that I reflected. Thank you,
