β β β β β The receptionist was cold ( but friendly to others I noticed) . She was friendlier at the end. The dentist , Dr G was staring at the laptop for a few minutes before asking us what is the issue. Then checked the shaking teeth & proceeded to inject & extract. No proper consultation was done. The whole experience was one of a rushed & uncaring job. My elderly mum was in extreme pain but no word of consolation from any one. All Dr G said last was if she continues to bleed , see a medical doc. This only after I said she is diabetic. Service needs to b measured by how it is provided to the elderly & vulnerable. It was lacking in this clinic.

β β β β β Place is clean and nice. Dr. Glenn Luo did my surgery and he was very skillful and professional, didn't felt pain during or after surgery. Highly recommended.

β β β β β Highly recommended. From the front desk to the Dentist services was super awesome. Dr Jennifer was great, patience and very encouraging towards my wisdom tooth surgery. Her assistance , Kathy was great too Kingsley was friendly and explain detailed.

β β β β β Clinic was nicely renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful.
My wisdom tooth very painful, other dentist no confidence only give me painkiller. Dentist assigned to me was Dr Glen. He was very sharp and detected the problem right away.
What I liked is after he gave me the injection, he went to key in some stuff into his computer first and only started when I was really numb. My previous dentist would start right after injection. Dr Glen very skillful and professional, no pain during and after the surgery. Waited a few months to make sure all is well before give review.

β β β β β I came here cause I saw good reviews & was having serious wisdom pain. Dentist wise was great: did the wisdom tooth extraction, no pain. Procedure was quite fast & tooth was nicely removed.
The receptionists however was unfriendly & impatient, all chatting away & looking at phone while I was standing at the counter as a first timer there. Not very helpful. The receptionist was also impatient after I finish my procedure as I couldnβt really speak well.
After I went home I got a call telling me forget give mouth wash. Overall not a pleasant experience.

β β β β β heard about this place from my mom and brother and decided to check it out since it's been a while since i had my teeth cleaned. got to say that i can attest to the reviews you see here, the service is amazing! the staff were really v nice, which considering it was my first time here, really eased me in.
dr jennifer was recommended to me as well, and i'd like to do the same to the rest of you! she was v patient, caring, and transparent by telling me upfront about the charges (absolutely no hidden charges which i absolutely appreciate). she also cleans and polishes your teeth really well, making sure you're comfortable by even asking you to raise your hand should you feel any pain/discomfort. you don't have to be worried about any hard-selling as well.
overall, highly highly recommended!
