Even their stock exchange sponsor CIMB has ceased its sponsorship. Qson has been cheating their customers by making equipment easily faulty and hence we need to pay for repairs. asked another equipment supplier to check and noticed missing parts in the oven they sold us.

Their parent company Singapore Kitchen Equipment is also involved in corruption investigation since 2020. I would advice you guys to think thrice before engaging their services. All their recent 5 star review is also a scam because all the user only reviewed them.

No incoming supply . xiang cong and Saddam come to my rescue. Almost $5,000 of goods is safe. This two young technicians spend almost 2 hours checking parts by parts to screen through And found the fault, get the problem fixed For me. My appreciation to Kendy helping make it happen ?????. I don’t give review, for this attitude of them both I have too give my gratitude, they are beyond expectation. Thankyou Qson keep it up Senshi sushi And grill.

They have lots of experience when it comes to kitchen layouts from the start to end and are very detail oriented as to the issues we may face if certain placements are done. Kudos to the team for the job well done! We always go back to them for our multiple kitchen set ups and redo because we know that we can trust them after having done multiple set ups. Their after sales service is also fantastic. Repair service team is also highly responsive and comes for repair or maintenance at the quickest time possible. Special mention to Nek and Xiatian's Team for the great and detailed observations and advices.
