Ms. Alice , is always contactable/reachable, a very friendly and always happy and display enthusiasm to her voice whenever I speak to her over the phone call. She will arrange right away to send us the hardworking, dedicated and passionate staffs. The uncle (I don't know his name; sorry my bad! And his colleague Mr. Saniff. I would like you to know that he can troubleshoot any technical problem that the machine was having. He even come after office hours (past 8 PM) just to resolve it and some more was very quick to settle it!. As printer/copier/scanner machine is very important for us, as it plays a very significant role in our construction site office. We are using it 24 hrs every single day, that is why we can't afford to have a long duration of delay for our paper works. Haha! Thank you and salute!
