β β β β β Unprofessional and service was bad. Got a PRC barber, donβt know how to speak in English. Asked for normal slope but got a sloppy haircut instead. Need to go elsewhere to fix it. Not coming back and totally not recommended. ??

β β β β β Unprofessional, not fix to be a barber, don't know how to cut hair properly. Instead of cutting hair he is pulling hair. Very rude and don't take advice from customer. Never again. their standard is 0/100

β β β β β Male chinese barber couldn't speak or understand a single word in english. I felt his interactions with me were rude and he got defensive (based on his body language) when asked if he could speak english. Couldn't understand his mandarin but maybe he was telling me to go find an indonesian barber for my haircut as he mentioned indonesia. He apologized for not being able to cut my hair and I walked away with hair still on my head.

β β β β β PRC henry doesnβt know how to speak english, rude , no customer service at all, and doesnβt have the right qualifications to be a barber. Doesnβt know how to cut hair at all. Doesnβt use a comb but pulls hair with his hands. Doesnβt know how to trim evenly or smoothly. Had better hair cuts for half the price.

Just now I go for this. A guy name called Henry totally give me a bad service. I feel so uncomfortable when he cutting my hair. He is so rude person. I just ask something from him but he give me loss patience response and sound is not good. However, I still got say thanks to him but he not give me the response like not appreciate this.

β β β β β If can I Wil nvr even give 1 star, 0 start for this bad service a lady barber who called Velen, has a bad attitude when giving me a haircut. She keep asking me to nod down my head, like she cannot adjust the barber chair, other than that keep using the comb to hit my head (even my eyes) and using not sanitized tools to cut my hair. I suggest that everyone don't go this trash barber shop.

β β β β β The guy barber who cannot talk english is so rude three times i come and ask whether he can cut my 5 yr old son's hair he always say no chair but when the aunty barber is there she can do it. He can say no in a nice way but the rudeness looks in his face and his gestures i cannot tahan. Why you need to employ this kind of people he can bring badluck to your business.
