PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! Most horrible experience I have ever had: 1. The technician called me saying my motherboard and keyboard are all broken but he was GIGGLING the whole time. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful- I have no idea that somewhere under Apple can provide such a horrible service. Please re train your staff to have the basic politeness. 2. Charged me 128 dollars for just the diagnosis which is FREE if you get it at Genius Bar- I don’t understand how dare they just charge something that’s literally nothing?? ( I also wasn’t clearly informed of the charge beforehand) Completely disappointing and horrible experience! Please do go there just go to Apply Genius Bar!

I went in to get my airpod case replaced. Chin Haun quoted me the wrong price, and called a few days later to ask me to top up the cost. I don't mind the price, but it is the utter lack of a sincere apology, as well as his careless and incompetence that was really appalling.

Here only QCD is not even trying to slove the issue if you have warranty . Also QCD customer service guy saying based on the judgement there is minor crack . So warranty is void . I don’t see any physical damage . Just pushing the warranty things to non warranty item . So asked to pay $678 dollars . Actually issue loud speaker unable hear properly and battery drain fast . @apple kindly change your customer service centre to other companies won’t spoil your reputation. QCD will spoil your company reputation.

Operates by locking in and then giving your outsized bill. I had a bloated Macbook pro battery. This is normally guaranteed by Apple within first 3 years. Shop mentioned that its guaranteed but once they took the macbook told me that there was some water spill because of which the battery warranty is void and presented a 900$ bill!!!!! Compare this to a cost of a macbook pro, just for battery not work. If I decided not to take the service they will still jam me with $120. So they haev no way to estimate quote but will jam you with a big one. I ignored the previous reviews and got stuck. You should go here at your own peril.

THEY DONT PICK UP THE PHONE. Best to get hold of a direct line from them. - hence 4 stars. I didn’t read previous reviews before I came. I freaked out after reading them but it was too late, my phone was already with them. Nonetheless, my screen was fixed within the next day given I came in on a Sunday where they close at 2pm. You’d get a notification if your phone is fixed.

My ipad pro couldn't power on and I was referred to QCD @ Wheelock by Apple Support to seek assistance. The CSO tried plugging in the ipad to the charging cable and after 10 minutes he told me that looks like ipad couldn't charge. He then told me that they don't do repair at the service center and they could only REPLACE the ipad at the cost $979. When I asked if there is no other solution except to throw it away then, he said I could do that if I don't want to replace it. When I said that i will get other third party vendors to repair the ipad, he can still say its at your risk. Wasted my time going down. I visited another third party vendor and within 30 minutes was informed that there is a short circuit in my motherboard and it will take 100 plus to repair it. Go anywhere except here

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS TERRIBLE STORE. If I could have given them no stars, I would. Everyone is incompetent and doesn't know what they're doing. I came in with missing keys and a slight crack on the section below the screen. 1)The price to fix the screen was THREE TIMES the price to fix the keys. I told them only fix the keys; the price to fix the screen was ridiculous. Days later they came back with ONLY THE SCREEN FIXED. The technician kept on blaming others because "the instructions weren't clear enough", and insisted that we HAD TO pay for the screen; I I had only asked to fix the keys. They obviously did this for money. When we refused, they said they had no other choice but to CHANGE IT BACK TO THE BROKEN SCREEN, then fix the keys. 2)I went there today and the keyboard was correctly replaced, but the cracked screen was WORSE AND BIGGER. The technician said thats how he received it, and the girl from customer service did not remember how it was, yet still backed him up. I presented multiple photos that the crack was smaller, but they argued the photo was from a bad angle and too blurry. Did he not trust me, the customer, who had had seen the cracked screen for months, in comparison to the worker who saw it for 20 minutes, on her phone and chatting most of the time? The whole time the manager giggled at us and cut us off. He was disrespectful and unprofessional, yet I have been patient this entire time. After I had no other choice but to raise my voice, the manager finally agreed the crack came from THEIR MISTAKE of removing and reinstalling the broken screen. However, he said this was my fault in the first place for cracking it, and insisted us to pay to fix the screen. In the end, we came to an agreement and they fixed their wrongdoings.

Surprisingly, different from most of reviews here, I had pretty good experience at this place. It is on 5th floor of Wheelock, and has a large waiting area. There were no many customers that day. A service person immediately came over and helped me to check in when I entered the door. I was called shortly after and the service person was polite and professional. Although my machine could not be fixed due to age, I am still satisfied with the diagnose service and explanation why the issue can't be fixed here.
