★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered their Set B which consists of cold noodle skin, rougamo and drink ($12.90- price is inclusive of GST) for my dinner tonight. The portion is generous for an adult female. Definitely one of the best Rougamo in Singapore. The quality of food is good, pork inside the rougamo is juicy and even their grass jelly milk tea is flavourful. Would like to try their noodles for next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Set B. The rougamo is crispy and fillings of chicken meat is just right. It is tasty though i think is a little different from the one i ate in Xi-An. With a drink will be enough. I had the cold noodles as it came with Set B, as i am not really a fan of liang-pi, still considered tasty. If you don't like mala, then this is not for you. With the cold noodles, i felt a little too much food for me. Overall a pleasant meal and happy with the rougamo with memories from Xi-An, a city i would like to visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby and I were so happy to have found this place!
It is conveniently located just right outside the passenger service at Tanjong Pagar MRT!
We ordered Set B for $12.90, which consist of a 肉夹馍 (changed to their signature pork flavour), 凉皮 and grass jelly milk tea.
My hubby and I loved the 凉皮 a lot! It was the first time my hubby tried eating 凉皮 and he was very happy with his new discovery ?
The 凉皮 was flavourful with garlicy smell, and the fragrance of the chilli oil. It was not too oily like those i have eaten in China. The noodle was very chewy and well complemented with ingredients like bean sprout, cucumber to make the noodle refrshing; taupok to absorb the flavour of the sauces; and fried soybean which adds crunch to the whole dish! ? we highly recommend the 凉皮!
The 肉夹馍 was a bit different from those we have eaten at other stalls in SG and China. The 肉夹馍 here comes with the bun which is more crusty like roti prata. The meat could have been more in amount and flavour.
The grass jelly with milk tea was not too sweet for our liking and it is not too bland considering that it is iced. The grass jelly was a good complement to it too.
Overall, we were satisfied with the food there and will definitely come back for the 凉皮 again, and we would like to try the cumin pork 肉夹馍 the next time. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying Rougamo so I'm not sure if it was as authentic as those from XiAn, but a Chinese friend who also ate it at the same time said it's not bad.
The crust is fluffy and lightly Crispy, which is nice. The meat feeling is too little as the Chinese friend said.
Taste wise, personally, I think if it is a tad bit more savoury, it would have scored better with me (am not typically savory person, but felt it was a little bland)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go straight for the rougamos!! I love how the crispy baked bun tasted exactly like prata, but without the unhealthy elements (I.e. not oily)? The amount of meat given was generous too, and every bite was accompanied with a decent amount of meat :> super flavorful too, which accompanied the baked bun super well!
The tomato noodles was a bit more basic, but I really loved the texture of the noodles, which was slightly bouncy and chewy?
Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here change my typical impression of over salty, oily and spicy China food. Ordered set B which consist of crispy pork bun (肉夹馍), cold spicy noodle skin (凉皮) and ice soya milk (豆浆). The crispy pork bun is the higlight, very crispy skin and nice flavourful pork filling. Cold spicy noodle skin still ok, the fried soybeans added is really crunchy. The soya milk serve default without sugar, prefer to drink it this way to taste the soybeans fragrant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since discovering this gem of a place i’ve had the food multiple times. My favorites are the dry noodle and the sour spicy sweet potato noodles. I’ve tried the Rougamo buns and love the crispy bun but too much meat filling for my liking. It’s definitely the kind of place that u eat and feel eh too much carbo, but for the flavor and taste and budget… what can i say? It simply keeps me full, and satisfied ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People and food would be 5**
But that one little star is for pricing.
Misread the promotion about 20% discount and they took their patience and time to explain what I misunderstood.
Noodles - tomato (as wife could not take too spicy).
Beef and original 肉夹馍.
Had our own water.
Asked for permission to have my own coffee and they were kind enough as it was Saturday AM and very not the usual day crowds.
Overall it was an enriching experience and thanks to the owners who most likely have adjusted the fillings to suit Singaporean tastes, they were good.
Noodles was over priced but the firmness and chewiness of the rice noodles was good.
I had this from 西安before which was good but a lot more oil and spices.
Thanks for the experience. And appreciate the kindness.
