I noticed the Owners do not respond to compliments but only to complains directly. One must not be complacent taking for granted of the upswings supporters accumulated for years. I certainly won’t have this every week unlike BCM. Once is enough …..paid $13.80 expensive ?

First time i ate it after it moved from Amoy. The menu has changed, price up and no more potato shrimp. The quality still there but the noodle still over flavoured.

One of the best eateries of all the tanjong pagar centre basement makan spots. Food in cbd area is expensive but this is pretty worth it. Highly recommended!

Great taste and flavour but pricey. used to be $8 but now $9 for a small bowl. The high price is due to its premium ingredients. I enjoy the flavourful soup too so definitely try ask for it of you do a takeaway. I noticed crispy potato wrapped prawn is different from before where they used real prawn but now seems to be prawn cake? Basically mock prawn meat. Also, the the chashu is very fatty, 1/3 fat which was too much.

Their noodles are average but their meat and side dishes are good. I like their dumpling soup as well as their chicken wings. I recommend their yuzu drink.

Wow, this is really something else! The noodles were amazing with very distinct and flavorful seasonings and chilli (must try), and the sliced pork is the kind that readily melts in your mouth; also, it's coated with a layer of savoury fried bits that gave it an extra dimension of flavor which really added to the overall taste. The broth was deeply flavorful and the dumplings were juicy and generously stuffed with tender minced pork and plump shrimps - the kind that I'd only expect to find in a dim sum restaurant. Really satisfying experience considering both quality and price. Definitely highly recommended.

*Updated post* Kinda delay post haha. As I went during their seasonal menu period at their Guoco Tower outlet located at Basement 2. Hope they bring back this seasonal menu and recommend to come Guoco Tower as can enjoy & dine comfortably in an air-conditioned comfort hehe. I appreciate how they put in the effort to plate every single bowl of noodles before serving. Just look at the presentation itself so note-worthy that makes me so ready to chow down on some ramen goodness. Sakura Ebi Ramen. **This is a limited time item & will run till end May! They definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to ramen. Every element of this dish are well done & beautifully complemented each other! Their thin-noodle has a delectable springy lovely bite, without any strong alkaline taste. Every strand of the noodle are well coat in layer of robust savouriness. The little cute miniature pretty pink seasonal Sakura Ebi, scream β€œFLAVOUR!” at me. Is the ultimate perfect topping that goes so well with the al dente noodle for that most umami taste. This Sakura Ebi Ramen comes along with HK-style Poached Shrimp Wanton in Soup. Not your typical wanton. These handmade daily wanton are larger & meatier! Ultra plump & generously stuffed with fresh huge chunks of prawns & fresh minced pork wrapped in smooth slippery wanton skin. The prawn within are bouncy crunchy juicy & the meat is well marinated. Fiery Ramen with Wantons (Soup) Their first ever broth-based Singapore Style Ramen! What’s special about this, is that the pork broth soup is infused with their signature chili to give that ultimate spicy sensation & paired with their plump juicy wantons. A deep & complex broth, springy noodles with 80:20 filling wantons making it such a blissful treat as they gracefully slides down my throat. Spicy Shrimp Wantons. Comes doused in an intoxicating kiss of spice that keep my palate excited. On days you don't want your carbs, this bowl of Spicy Shrimp Wanton can hold on its own. Braised Pork Belly Char Siew I LOVED this gorgeous premium Char Siew that are well marinated and low-braised for 36 hours, resulting in a melt-in-the-mouth tender silky soft texture! Brings me to a new gastronomical heights @anoodlestory offering Singapore-style Ramen really needs no introduction. Visited their newest outlet in @guocotower. Really need go early to avoid disappointment. What impress me is that even when is takeway, it is as good at home as at the shop. It comes with a Crispy Potato-wrapped Prawn, Japanese-style tender pork belly charsiu, Japanese-style onsen egg and Hong-Kong style plump dumplings. The egg noodles is done soft al dente and springy and did not clump together and I like that there is no alkaline taste at all. Heavily soaked generously with the flavourful sauce and delivers a robust savouriness. Pork belly chashu was tender and melt-in-the-mouth soft. The plump dumplings are very meaty, filled with fresh minced pork bundle with a small prawn wrapped in smooth dumpling skin. The oozy lava onsen egg so runny and melts in mouth. I wanted the Crispy Potato-wrapped Prawn but sold out hence was replaced with Ebi Prawn which is good but I still prefer my Crispy Potato-wrapped Prawn ? Overall I’m glad that I can enjoy delicious and exquisite noodles at such an affordable price. Ig: @zoey_belle_
