The fat guy with spectacles and the aunty at the counter is very rude. Not the first time kenna scolded by them. A few of the residents also commented they are very rude to customers. Always show a black face. Purposely give you little soup and etc. If customers asked a few questions or request some things they will give u a look. Hello we customers go there and eat, not to see your black face and your bad attitude! Hopefully the boss will look at all the bad feedback for the 2 staffs!!! Never will go and eat there again!!!

Food is decent, mains around $4-5, dishes $6-8 are small portion. Attitude of staff not the best

been there few times and the different choices of food never fail to satisfy my taste buds. Want to write this because we were there for curry fish head with my two friends and the fish was fresh, the curry tastes thick and great! my friends and I even wished we have some jiam tao loti to dip into the curry sauce. ? we drank the sauce till almost dried. They also served other nice food too like herbal soups... will go back definitely to try other dishes again!

Very economical price with great flavour especially their soup. Loved the variety of soup and prawn paste chicken is really good. Has eaten from this eateries multiple times and will still come back for more.

In general, the soup is still quite nice. The rest is really the worst i even had in my life. 1) Butter fried fish is damn hard, have to chew very hard. Can only taste the flour. I can't even tell/taste im eating fish. 2) Kung Pao chicken, the taste and look is totally off. I only thou im eating some left over chicken that was boiled over some soya soy. 3) sweet and sour pork is more of sweet and sour flour. Understand that the food is cheap but the quality and quantity is really off. I guess eat economical mixed vege rice is a better choice

Not once but twice this particular guy made my visit an unpleasant one! Most probably is one of the cook there. He is extremely rude! I forgot about the 1st time what he did exactly but I do remb him! Found their fb but see no review. Finally saw google reviews(some were BAD reviews too) and here I am! Happily brought my mum to eat there but what we gotten was an attitude staff whom spoilt my appetite(2nd time). I was just wondering if it possible to cook "sweet and sour pork" to "sweet and sour chicken" instead. So I merely asked the cashier(women) if it is doable. She turn ard to check with the rude chef. Guess what? He shouted loud and clear saying "ask them $10 wan or not la, u ask them la" WOW! Jus a question and what I gotten was a rude respond! Totally unacceptable! He is a plump guy wearing black color frame specs. There are a few chef there. Definitely not China chef. He is either Sgporean or Malaysian. Qiu Lin food price range is always economic and is not bad to our likings. But halo? It is totally unacceptable if all your rude staffs behaves like this. By the way for your info, sweet and sour pork is $6 only(see attached photo). To change to chicken, he mark up to $10! What a joke HAHA. He can just reply in a nice way if it is not doable right? I still can't believe why got such ppl around. Please just kick him off. I believe the boss of the shop is a nice China lady which we seen before. She wasn't there at tt point of time. So ppl, if you saw her/this kindly let her know/translate to her cox I believe I won't go back there any sooner.

The soups are nice - tried the lotus root, sweet corn, pork tripe on separate occasions. Salted fish fried rice has crispy, crunchy bits instead of the soft, mushy type of salted fish. Price is very reasonable for an F&B in a mall.
