Poor service and follow up. Expensive agency fees and inflexible polices

They do not giver proper training to their helpers. I have alot of problem when I wanted to do the transfer. Very poor response. The lady boss is very rude.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unethical. We feel cheated. We chose a helper from this agency.Though the fee was much higher, we trusted their words. Just after a week, the helper wanted to go back to her home country. We were understanding and approached the agency to get us a replacement. There made us to wait for over 5 months after we let go of the helper. Those 5 months were like hell for us, because, apart from managing without a helper, we had to keep calling them repeatedly. They were very unresponsive, and kept on giving excuses after another. They didn't honour any of their promises. After a lot of struggle, we finally got a replacement helper, and the worst part is that we had to pay another $1000 for the replacement, even though they had promised that there would be no fee before letting our previous helper go. Unethical, if i have to summarise in one word. We came to know from the replacement helper that most of the profiles that they have are helpers who either have bad history, or those who have had problems with employers in the past. Therefore, my humble suggestion would be to save yourself, and look for another place if you are planning to engage an agency to hire a helper.

Worst agency. Like the previous poster mentioned before collect money very responsive. After that no response. Like to give a lot of reasons for getting work done. But have all the time to do personal things. Everytime when call they have some personal things to settle. Beware!!!
