First time here. Food is authentic Teo chew. Very reasonable price except the fish which I think is over price. Service are Ok. Change a few time plate during the meal. There is no way to understand what is written on the receipt ?

Far cry from what they used to be. Here for a company dinner and wished I hadn't come. Food was tasteless and portion size miserable. Food takes forever to be served. While seated and waiting for the rest of my colleagues to show up, I was ordered by one of their staff to remove my bag from an empty chair next to me (I reserved that seat for my colleague for God's sake!). Next thing I knew, a grumpy middle aged lady with a mean demeanor shouted at me to pass her an empty chair located at a corner. Hello, who do you think I am? I am a customer at your restaurant, not your servant!!! Throughout our dining there, none of our individual dishes were changed, leaving many of us hesitant to serve new food onto our individual uncleared, dirty plates. I did not for once spotted a smiling face from any of the staff. If such standard is any benchmark used to gauge a restaurant's service, I'd give it a negative rating if ever there is one!

Food is not bad, however nothing to shout-out about their food. No menu for you to choose from. What you have to do is basically head to the front (in front of their kitchen) to select your seafood or vegs that you prefer and tell the owner your preferred style of cooking. Service is fast considered peak hours. I would say their fish prices are pretty expensive compared to other restaurants nearby or Teochew restaurants. Desserts was freshly made and nice. They do accept credits cards (Visa) or NETS only.

First time dining at a restaurant without menu. There will be a lady boss who will introduces their speciality and take orders for you. Overall the food served was really good but with intermediate stop for every dish. We wanted to try their yam paste but waiting time is half an hour, so rmb to add into your order from the start. For 5 pax, we spent $100 for all 5 dishes. Fish cost about 40$.

Been this place since young on family gatherings. Limited menu, traditional teochew dishes. My favorite is still Ngor Hiang that whet your appetite with clean taste and not oily. Good food but noisy ambience when you have group gathering as we can't hear very well and converse among us.

A very authentic Teochew taste hidden in Tion Bahru, which needs a local senior foodie to lead the way. Why senior? If you step into the restaurant, you’re probably the youngest customer??. We are lucky to join with a connoisseur, recommending the signature dishes. Then, our table turned into the runway for hardcore seafood toward to our mouths. So good.

Authentic Teochew restaurant since Ah Kong Ah Ma time, and it is still run and operate by family. There is no menu, so it’s better that you know some of the Teochew dishes. The oyster omelette is a must have for me. It is by far the Best I had. The braised duck is a super Teochew dishes. Simply light and tender.
