Delivery failed even though address is correct. Number cannot call. Need to message them to know delivery failed. Delivery failed on 12 Dec and they say send back to Sender 13 Dec.
What kind of service is this? Never allow people some time to go collect. Best yet, never even contact recipient.
Wouldn't recommend. I would rather pay more for DHL or Fedex. Waste my time. Frustrated and annoyed. I wouldn't even give 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel was delayed for quite some time and I haven't received from them any status or confirmation. My address was correct but they were saying it was an incorrect one. I've tried calling their number but it was not in used. I've message them in their website but none of them call me back about my query. it's been 2 weeks since the last update on the track, but no response until now.

My parcel already reached SG since 25th Nov 2021, until today(2nd Dec 2021) there is no further action to deliver my parcel.
Or, u see the seller using Quantium Sol. for courier service, please don't buy anything from the seller too~~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This courier stuff the parcel in between my gate mesh and gate. Thus causing damage to the mesh. He/she did not even bother to press the doorbell when we were all at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery failed even though address is correct. Tracking website says delivery arrived at 10am on the 31st of July, yet I was at home and did not hear the doorbell ring. It should be standard procedure to contact the recipient in the event of a failed delivery, yet I received neither SMS nor call to follow up on the delivery.
This lack of follow up creates and pushes the inconvenience onto the customer when the courier should be the one to have measures in place in the event of a failed delivery. The number that you have listed is also not operational.
I hope that you will be able to resolve this on your end, and that this inconveniencing of your customers will never happen again.
