so much noise from church construction right beside of the building, going on for more than half of year already.
Gym is tiny, and doesn't have much equipment either.
This building maybe better place after 1 year, but it's not a good place to live at this moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new condo and my friend bought a unit here. Overall seems like a very nice condo. It has a lot of facilities given the size of the condo and the facilities are on the 7th and 27th storey. Nice view on the 27th floor! I heard some units have private lift lobbies and some penthouses also have their own private pools. Quite luxurious. Very close to the MRT too so is very convenient to travel around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New condo development in Queenstown, next to the Mrt. 2 tall white towers with lots of green spaces on each floor. Great views on both sides, you can be facing the Botanic Gardens (lots of green) or the Pasir Panjang port area (with some sea view).
Prepare to shell out close to $1 million for a 1 bedder. Location is good so won’t come cheap.
