★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience when delivering heavy groceries here. No loading/unloading bay. Had to park on visitor lot at open carpark with uneven road surface. Longer route to reach certain block with steep ram. Parking at the covered carpark for easy access to the elevator not allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recalled the day i came to visit my friend, Security Guards stopped me to register. I thought they were busy with their stuffs but nope, Seems like getting through these wardens weren't easy. Register first before entering this condo, Tight Guards in both night and day.
Very Responsive & Alert- three of us got stuck in lift which is around 3am and guards were knocking on lift doors within 2 mins after intercom was done.(When most of us assume them sleeping at that hour.) They maintained communication with us till lift tech arrived.
It felt Super Safe as though living in a High-End Condo.
Leave those bad remarks behind, these Guards are listed Tip-Top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no sign found around the facilities regarding the timing of facilities. There’s one guy came and shouted at us and the male Indian security guard was very unprofessional and rude to us when he could have talk nicely. It would be nice to put a sign so that people will know. As a new resident, terrible experience and very disappointed at the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad Condo management. Lifts keep breaking down (now only 2/3 lifts function for 38 floors - imagine the waiting time!) Renovation work takes months! Tennis court 2 renovation took 3 months and is already chipping off in 2 weeks! Gym is closed due to no maintenance - mirrors just started falling off. Gym apparatus are pre-historic!
