★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service by a lady named ASIAH. Very rough when speaking to me over the phone when I enquired about umrah package. When asked if Quins handles dialysis patients for umrah, she said "no, we go for umrah for ibadah. Not to handle sick patients." Shows the level of empathy this company has for people who have the means to travel but require medical treatment overseas. Quins, you need to STEP UP big time!
