I can't Thank Issachar Tan from Quvaco for recovering all the videos and photographs I lost from my hard disk and SD card. When my hard disk crash, I was willing to lose all my videos of my children. The people in Sim Lim wanted to charge me $300-$400 for helping me to retrieve. I contacted Quvaco on the phone and they assured me that they will help. Due to security reason, they sent a courier to pick my hard disk and SD card which I wanted to restore some valuable kindy graduation videos I lost. The rest is history. Quvaco retrieved all my files. I'm so ever grateful.

Data recovery softwares that I bought off the internet never could help me recover my data completely, either a few files were missing or a huge chunk of them were corrupted. In comparison, Quvaco is extremely thorough in extracting all the lost data. For example, I told them to just recover my files from November 2014 but they were even able to recover files from 5 years back, and all of them were in working condition. Also, I would like to commend Issachar for adding that personal touch to the way he deals with customers. Although Quvaco has a courier service, I made a request to pass my SD card to him directly (because I needed the job done ASAP), he actually took the time out from his Sunday to arrange a meet-up with me. I appreciate the fact that he actually shares that sense of urgency with his customers which would set him apart from the other larger data recovery companies. Quvaco Data Recovery is easy to engage, their processes makes it convenient for me, and they employ advanced data recovery techniques to recover my important data at competitive rates. Recently, I lost my photos in my SD card of my new born baby boy and I do not have any background. The error message "parameter errors" is shown. It was over the weekend on the Saturday late afternoon. I contacted Issachar and told him concerning my problem. So I have just received my faulty hard drive back from Quvaco Singapore Data Recovery Service and it appears to have been damaged or sabotaged whilst it was in their possession (see before and after photos below). After initial assessment I was quoted $1600 to recover %60 of my data. I declined to proceed with the data recovery as any sane person would and I opted for my drive to be returned in the same condition it was delivered. On inspection after receipt of the drive it can be seen that the disc platter has either been damaged or replaced with another damaged unit which diminishes the chance of my data ever being recovered. If you don't want to have your precious digital memories erased forever due to negligence and/or malice I would strongly advice you to use another reputable company for your data recovery needs.

They claimed the standard evaluation takes 1 to 2 days but after more than 2 weeks after sending them my portable hard disk and an admin fee and queries that received late or no response I was quoted a recovery price of $2500. Naturally I declined and requested for the disk to be returned. After more than 10 days I have yet to receive my disk nor a tracking number as promised. They no longer respond to my Whatsapp nor email. Don't ever trust these guys with your precious data or device. PS. to be fair they did return my hard disk by mail a few weeks later. Hence I give them one more star.
