★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always explained what needs to be fix before proceeding the repair. I have a few major repair from them and the price is reasonable. The staff are friendly, even the mechanic will show me what they have done for the repair. There are a couple of times my car had some minor issues, RDY are willing to resolve it for free, definitely a workshop i will go to and recommend.
It is very sad that I read some of the comments which is very unreasonable and untrue about RDY and Staff. I hope those comments can be clarified before it create more unhappiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had 4 different 2nd hand cars serviced by RDY over more than 15 years. I really appreciate the friendly, professional and prompt service provided. Richard (the owner) takes the trouble to explain the problems that my car encounters and gives me different options to remedy it. I like that he is very honest and thorough in his explanations. He is well supported by Irene who handles the admin and is very friendly and responsive to any queries. I have had breakdowns at odd hours and Irene has been a great help in arranging towing services to their door step. There is also Brian, their long time employee, very efficent and dependable. I have no complaints thus far and look forward to the good service and relationship with RDY for many more years of driving to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honesty workshop I come across so far. My friend introduced me to RDY for car servicing and leak repairs.. I was impressive the way they worked. They really worked very hard and responsible for the job. I will highly recommend to those who want straight and honest opinion on their cars. Anyway, I have asked them and glad to confirm they do most car makes and model too. Because if I change my car in near future, I will definitely come to RDY for my regular service and maintenance.
