Ordered 2 metal boltless racks from Michael for my storeroom. He was very friendly and helpful over the phone and my orders were delivered correctly. The racks came carefully wrapped and installation was done in under 15 mins. Overall good!

While the shelf that I ordered has been received, the entire transaction has been beyond terrible. Three weeks after I made an order on Shoppee, the seller kept quiet and failed to provide any clear delivery date. I contacted them continuously and when I managed to get through (after lots of attempt), they gave excuses such as they were busy, but they managed to fix a date for the delivery. However, I was made to wait foolishly for the entire day because they failed to deliver the shelf on the delivery day! When I contacted them again, they requested for an even later delivery date. They have shown to be untrustworthy and their customer service is almost non-existent. Update: As seen in the response, they are giving a rather standard PR response to the situation and possibly feigning ignorance. I have left a similar review on your shoppee page just in case you can't remember which case/transaction I am referring to. It is noteworthy that shoppee reviews are only allowed when you have made transactions with each other. It is a clear proof that you have transacted with me and there is a record of this incident. There is no point giving your contact number because I have received my item and I would like to raise awareness about your poor customer service and rather unethical practice, specifically the lack of transparency in the delivery and the failure to keep to the promised delivery date (that was ironically postponed prior).

We evaluated a few Rack firms before we decided to purchase from Rack.SG. Michael has been very responsive and helpful. He knew the urgency of our timeline and managed it very well and delivered it on time. Price is reasonable and workmanship is good. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

Ordered on Shopee for an advance delivery. First, the we had an agreed date and time (wanted to confirm before I placed the order) but the seller, although he had confirmed earlier, said he saw wrongly so we had to reschedule. Second, after confirming thrice on WhatsApp on the delivery date and time (being 12pm), they only turned up at 2pm. There was no heads up or updates, and I had placed close to 20 calls to them and multiple WhatsApp messages and there was ZERO response. We waited 2 hours in vain. When they eventually got to my place, they said they didn’t have enough shelves and can’t complete the job and had to schedule another day to put up the remaining shelves. I suggest you deal with them at your own risk. There are many other vendors out there whom I’m sure can do a much better job.

Worst customer service ever. Try to contact them on the confirmation of the rack setup. But no one reply or update me on the rack setup confirmation for 2 whole days. After which, suddenly appear at my door step and expect me to let them in to setup the rack. During that 2 days, I have already called another company, got their confirmation and set an appointment all within 10 mins. I do not recommend their service to any home owners.

Intro by my niece who did hers few years back. Measurement was done within few days of arrangement. installation was arranged after 1 month of measurement. Weijie and mobile #8789 guy has been patient and accommodating. Just that installation workers need to be more careful in handling our belongings, bit rough in shifting etc. Overall, experience was good and shelves looks ? I

I supposed I am the "more fortunate" customer. We bought 3 racks with HDF boards from this seller but the boards became mouldy during the past months' rainy days. We contacted Michael immediately and he offered us very competitive price to change the boards to metal ones. His replies were often within reasonable time frame if not immediate. I forgot to pass the cash to the workers when they replaced the metal boards. Michael didn't make me pay up immediately, instead he told me that I could pay after receiving the invoice from him.

Can't recommend Racks.SG enough. Was served by Youxiang. He was very responsive and offered me practical suggestions on how to maximise the use of my storeroom space. Studied quite a few companies offering racking solutions before narrowing to Racks.SG. Their prices are like what they claim: Unbeatable. Installation was professional and fast, everything was up within 15 minutes. Very satisfied. Two thumbs up.
