The guy who helped with the delivery and installation is beyond helpful (I was exploring different heights for the racks to fit luggages and other stuff I wanted to put on the rack). He patiently measured and even provided suggestions! The quality of the rack is very good and I’m comparing to the one I had back in Australia! If you are looking to get a rack for your place, this is definitely the company you want to get it from!!
