There is also little information on the website on how to contact their services for information. Extremely poor set up & organization for a hospital that charges exorbitant prices

Update- 4th week and called back to a kind lady this time who serviced me really well and was patient with my concerns and enquiries. So many legacy infrastructure and processes slowing you down if you don't already look at the reviews of hand. Hope you can do something about it.
