I always liked Fun Toast compared to the other familiar brands which are overrated and overpriced. The staff were friendly and courteous, plus there is a proper collection point of your order to make their processes more systematic. Reading from the past reviews, I believe the management/owner has truly taken the feedback seriously and made all possible improvement be implemented without delay. I would definitely recommend this branch when you’re in the area. I wanted to say I would visit again but that would just mean I would be in the hospital, again. :) To the management/owner, Well done with the improvements! ??

S	Saleha Jubir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 19th of March during a Friday evening, the staff met with a difficult customer who had mental difficulties (most probably due to old age). The difficult customer was screaming and throwing a tantrum that made most of the customer leave the shop. However, the staffs working during this shift took the time to calm him down and befriended him. They even went the extra mile to check on him and if he needed anything. About 15 mins later, the guardian of the customer came and he was pretty much happy and settled with his safe company and good food. The staffs did an amazing job and my time drinking my coffee was even more wholesome to witness such an amazing service provided by the staffs.

Waited for the kaya butter toast but it was served to all other ppl first, i just voice my concern but the Cashier uncle just brush me say other customer come first. Come on, i am not blind and i know how many customer before me. I can understand if u gave the take away to the medical staff first, but this is not the case. Pls chk yr drinks standard too, ther r lots drink left over left at the counter.. no receipt was given. Pls explain to me kaya butter set price, change drink to ice coffee, and add 4 pcs siew mai, how much is total. Btw, saying thank u is a basic courtesy. Overall its not a fantastic experience at all!
