Raffles Kidz @ Jurong West – Childcare and Infant Care Centre - 1 Yuan Ching Rd

Our son attended infantcare at Raffleskidz Jurong West and we were very impressed with the school environment, the teachers and the learning experiences he had there. The teachers were very responsive to our queries and took excellent care of our son. We could see he enjoyed attending school, and we loved to see him showing off his new skills like keeping his toys after playing, dancing along to songs and following of instructions. We would recommend this school to anyone looking got a preschool for their child:)

My child is currently in their Infant care class - it has been close to 8 months since he has joined. I do strongly recommend Raffles Kidz to any of my mummy friends who are looking for a child care centre for their kids. The teachers are incredible in handling babies (you know how fussy baby can be right? hahah) . They do give us a weekly update on their new development skills such as sensory play, painting etc. I am not worry for my child development ever since he is in school because if there is anything his teachers will immediately gave me a call or feedback to me in their school app. Overall, we are absolutely happy with the school from the teachers, to the principle and support staff. I know how hard it is to keep it together with babies, toddlers etc and we salute you guys for always doing your best to our kids. We appreciate and thankful for being apart of RafflesKidz family! And oh! They are responsive when it comes to admin stuff so that's good too! :) xx

Our daughter joined Raffles kidz @Jurong West when she was N1 and now she is K1. She is shy to unfamiliar faces and environment so it took a while to get used to her new school life but it was much shorter period than we expected. She started full-day on 3rd day! It is purely thanks to all the teachers at Raffles Kidz @Jurong West who always welcome kids with warm heart and smile. And what we like about school in addition to teachers is a frequent updates from school via school Apps. Parents receive school activity photos & messages from home teachers as well as monthly school letter. Parents are also able to communicate with home teachers anytime via school Apps. And most importantly, our daughter enjoys school life, loves teachers and her classmates. We would like to special thank to Teacher Ros and He Laoshi who are/were our daughter's home teachers. They are patient, observe kids very well and guide our daughter to the right direction. We are very happy to send our daughter to Raffles Kids @Jurong West. Thank you, wonderful teachers!

The thing we like most about Rafflekidz (Jurong) is the their caring to the children. As a parent, the children should be happy in school so that they can enjoy their studies and develop their mindsets. They are not only happy of going school also exciting for new lessons. My elder one always share me all teachers there are so kind and how they nurture to her. We always see my little one enjoying in school. Therefore, we are really happy on it and appreciate for your caring.

My daughter joined to school whem 3 years old and as a parent we were not so confident at the beginning because she is shy and a very clingy toddler. However during the first meeting with her teachers, we were surprised that she shows interest and excitement to start going to school. The teachers are very friendly and caring. The training curriculum and school's event is wonderfull. We can see a lot of changes and improvement in our daughter’s development. We are happy because our daughter is happy. We highly recommend Raffles Kidz International (Jurong West). It was the best choice ever!

We have the fondest memories of my daughter's time in the Infant class at Raffles Kidz (JW). Her teachers were kind, caring and very attentive. Drop offs and picks ups were always a breeze as the teachers and staff welcome each child with open arms and warm smiles, which really helps comfort them. Being a working parent, I appreciate the regular updates from the center as it gives me a peace of mind kwowing that my child is well taken care of. If there are concerns, the teachers would proactively share snippets of updates to assure us that they have it all under control. Given my daughter's relatively short stay at the center, I've seen her grow in ways I've never expected - she's more sociable, compassionate and independent. She loved going to 'school' and would often talk about her teachers. This is a testament to the warm and welcoming culture at Raffles Kidz.

Our daughter Laura who is in N1 now has been in the centre for 6months! During this 6 months, we could see great progression in her language. She is more expressive and able to say words in a sentence. That is definitely a mile stone achieved! Apart from being professional in teaching and guiding, the teachers are also full of passion and love. I love the part where the teachers does not only teaches knowledge but also mold my daughter’s character and behaviour. At this young age, it is important to rectify any unacceptable behaviour and I am really grateful that the teachers took extra effort to correct her. We would like to thank Teacher Van who always go to the extra mile in taking time to give us a summary of how our daughter is doing every week. Also thank you Teacher Kelly who goes beyond her duty to help shower Laura after she payed at the playground after school (when even it is not her duty at that time). Thank you teachers for the patience and love. We would also like to make an extra effort to specially thank all the teachers and staff in the centre. We may not have remembered all the teacher's name but are thankful for all the positive vibes the teacher's gave. We always believed that it takes a village to raise a child! So thank you all the teachers for taking great care of our daughter. With all the care and love, Raffles Kidz has given us peace of mind and assurance and we believed that our daughter will grow up in a positive and loving environment.

Our daughter has been enrolled to Raffles Kidz JW since she was about 4 months old sometime in Jan 2021. We chose this school over others because during the virtual tour by Teacher Kelly, we were impressed with the cleanliness, tidiness and facilities the school had to offer. It looked vibrant, engaging and welcoming and we felt certain that our daughter would have a good learning experience here. Teacher to infant ratio was somewhere between 3 to 4 per teacher when we enrolled which was what we were lookokg for as well. The experience has met our expectations! All of the infant care teachers have been really great and the school is very responsive and open to feedback. We receive monthly newsletters and updates through the mobile app so that we do not lose out on the key milestones of our child. In addition, we get to see snippets of activities engaged by our daughter such as storytelling, art and craft, learning about textures, outdoor playtime (in the school garden), celebrations and so much more. We can tell our daughter really enjoys school and is under great care of the teachers because when we drop her off and she sees her infant care teachers, she smiles and reaches out for them (bonus points for that!). In addition, the teachers are really friendly and provide us with updates and feedback as well. we are glad they take a lot of safety measures during this pandemic which gives us an ease of mind. Highly recommended!
