Think the staff is a philipino. (I might be wrong).
She was rude. Asked her to repeat herself as I could not hear her. She rolled her eyes.

β β β β β Receptionist at the front desk need to be more polite especially when its a weekday morning meaning no rush at all and you have kids coming to your facility. Guests just enquiring about rates and details was irritating her. Rest of the experience was smooth and facility is clean so three stars

β β β β β The counter person was extremely rude, it was 5.45pm when I asked for the student rate price and their rule was that there is student rate price until 6pm. However, she said 5.45pm was the same as 6pm and thus said there is no more student rate, but literally at that same timing, I also went there to bowl and they processed the game. Unlike last time this counter person gave me a death stare and said are you arguing with me? I am shocked that this Filipino people are so rude To 11 year old kids like me.Im extremely upset with this experience at Superbowl, I hope you can sack that person as she tried to scam kids like me.Very bad character, do not deserve job.I will never go there to bowl ever!

β β β β β very low maintained, toilets are disgusting, bowling shoe rentals has holes in them,
and the staff (filipino or cambodian) was very rude. Rolled her eye when i asked to check which shoe size fits me best, and what kind of rule is children above 10 cannot have bumpers?

Their soup super nice & worth.
Their pig tail soup was one of the best that i ever tried. Never forget the taste.

β β β β β Was served by this lady called Lynn who was being extremely rude and impatient. Asked her a genuine question nicely but instead got shouted at. Poor service. Management should do something about her, seeing how there are so many other customers who received bad treatment from her. We are paying customers and she is paid to do her job, its not voluntary good-will service by her. Do your job well if not find other jobs that suit your personality.

β β β β β Not expensive at all in my opinion, and this brought to me into a new world when I entered the air-conditioned room. There were also some arcade machines where children could play and fiddle with while everything is setting up. Liked the experience and keep up the good work!

β β β β β Lanes are nice, fairly big bowling alley with 30 lanes. Prices may be slightly on the expensive side($3.80 per game, $18 per hour for student) and house balls are quite comfortable to hold
