★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese staff in front counter was unresponsive and had a bad attitude. Left me wait for a good 50 mins without being crowded at the clinic when I came in. I wasn't being called after all the patients came in later than me have left the clinic. Do not recommend visit this clinic due to poor service and wasting waiting time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should read the review before I visit. The Chinese nurse at the front counter also doing the serology test is super unprofessional. She is rude when answering questions. She twisted my arm during the test and I have to tell her to stop! Be professional please!! Do not visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the raffles medical clinic at Anchorpoint on Wednesday morning with my friend. The doctor was so friendly & gentle when treating my friend. I appreciated the doctor’s help & also the excellent service from the friendly staff at the counter. The lady at the counter was especially kind — she greeted us in 2 languages when we entered the clinic and also helped support my friend when entering and leaving the clinic. Fantastic doctor & staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic today for my fever and flu symptoms. The clinic looked very neat. I was greeted by two very professional and pleasant staff Ms Ruby and Mr Allan. Ms Ruby promptly took my ART test, it was painless and gentle. After the result (neg) I saw the doctor. Dr Kim was very thorough and also friendly. He carefully explained the medicines and also their side effects. After collecting my meds and MC, there was even an easy mode of cashless payment. Overall this is one of the best clinics I've visited in Singapore. Keep up the good work guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended ?
