★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Raffles Medical clinic around - not so much the doctor on duty but the clinic assistants who can’t seem to keep their volume down when talking to each other. Patients do not need to know if your staff don’t get along. Also, I don’t think patients really want to be subjected to banging and slamming of cupboards and capsule strips on table tops because again, the staff don’t get along and have no sense of professionalism. If you’re having a migraine or generally feeling unwell and don’t want to be disturbed, defo Opt another clinic to visit

I was told I will get a full refund on the Conversation with RMG, (as wrong information provided) now an email reply on my refund a month later, I have to pay for admin fee
