y	yy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was very good last time and i even bought my first record player and vinyl from them. Continued to go back to buy and listen to vinyls yet recently when we went back, the customer service and buying experience was lousy. When i bought my record player from them, they told us that we could get 5% off our bill and i only needed to give them my phone number as we have a membership. Recently, when i went back to buy some vinyls, there was a guy who was unfriendly and told us that there was never any sort of membership. To be very honest, their vinyls are priced reasonably and we bought the vinyls regardless whether there was a discount or not but there was no longer the personal touch and feeling we used to have. Would not return and buy from them anymore.

e	eiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible shopping experience - so disappointed as we were looking forward to visiting their physical store after seeing the reviews online. was looking for a particular model of the audio technica lp60xbt, and we Whatsapped them prior to coming down to double check on stock availability (screenshots attached). after receiving confirmation, we went down 2 days later to purchase it and was rudely informed that they no longer carry the model. we showed them the Whatsapp conversation as proof, and the owners just brushed it off by saying that the temporary staff replied on their behalf. owners did not even apologise for the inconvenience caused, and simply left us to attend to their business. horrible customer service, we left without looking at their other turntable models.

N	Nicole Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my favourite place to go as the owners were nice but just went there again recently and they were rather unfriendly. My father wanted to take a look upstairs at the speaker and record players and the lady told him no as she would have to follow him upstairs and gestured at him to come back down. I guess they don't want to make a sale? My sister took a picture of the place and they said no pictures which is fair enough but they could have said so in a nicer tone especially since there were no signs that said no pictures. Later another lady took a video of the place and the owners said nothing. I still bought a record but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Kind of sad as I have bought a few records from them before in the past but I do not think I want to come back.

Happened to be in the neighborhood and decided to visit and was excited to listen to some records if possible. The shop had 4 turntables with records on but none were playing. I asked the owners if they could put it on but they were rude, unfriendly and dismissive, saying that they don't play the records unless the customer was keen to purchase a turntable - assuming (wrongly I might add) that I was not interested in purchasing one. Would never go back again. Terrible experience.

Wide range of main stream music, though their jazz collection is lacking. Nice location near cafes and comfortable space within with a couch to rest after digging for records. Staff are friendly and quite happy to share about turntables/records when spoken to.
