Upsells after taking mutliple shots. Bought a soft copy for 150, but requires you to buy some other photos first (spent around 500 dollars). Found out that the soft copy's resolution is bad, cant even be printed on canvas. Very very disappointed. One has to get ready to fork out close to 1k if you would like to have any proper photos even though they advertise it for 200-300 dollars package.

We took our family photo here. It was a fuss-free experience. My mum is happy with the photo, natural editing. There is a good collection of graduation gown and bears. It's good that the changing room got a mirror, hairdryer, hair wax for you touch up a bit before the shoot. Highly recommended!

We did a Family Portrait at this place and the experience we had as a family was great. All staffs are very friendly, efficient and professional. Definitely recommend this studio for professional photoshoot.

It was our 2nd time back at Raffles Studio for my child's graduation photoshoot. Staff were very friendly and experienced! They were very patient in directing us and we thoroughly enjoyed the photoshoot. We had so much fun! Can't wait to collect our photos and keep them for life!

Strongly recommend Raffles Studio for the superb photos taken for my graduation. The colors and quality of the photos are really good. It has been 7 years but they still look like when we just received them. Money well spent on good quality and good after-sales service even after a few years later.. A special shout-out to Mr Seetoh - he is a rare gem, very responsible and very responsive. I had to make several urgent requests and he always did his best to help. For that, I am extremely grateful. Without his help, I wouldn't have gotten the most beautiful photos of my grandparents. Thank you Mr Seetoh and Raffles Studio!

Friendly and excellent services, the photographers are very patients and highly skilled, they show the photos immediately after photo shooting, and the location of studio is near bus stop and MRT station, is very convenient.

I had my graduation photo taken at Raffles. I am extremely pleased with their service and quality of their canvas photo. They showed me the photos immediately after the photo shoot for selection and also made the effort to let me review the final touch-up photo before canvas production. They also had an unique frame which cannot be found at any other shops in Singapore. Their service is also awesome. Kelly attended to all my queries and request to my fullest satisfaction. She even replied my emails late at night. The photographer was also very patient and professional. Highly skilled. Although their price is slightly higher than the other studios, I assure you that its really worth the price you are paying for. In fact, I went to Raffles as I was not satisfied with the photo from another studio which was engaged by my university for photo-taking. The other studio did not allow immediate viewing of the photos and had to wait for a few weeks before I could view the photos for selection. The photo quality of the other studio was only satisfactory to me and they had limited frame designs. Having experienced both studios, I highly recommend Raffles as they far exceeded my expectation and I am extremely satisfied with Raffles' photo. Photography with Raffles is simply SUPERB !

Went to have my children graduation and family portrait photo shoot. Been to Raffles Studio before at the old address ‘Duxton road’ to have my photo shoot when I first graduated from university. Now, I am at the new address CT Hub2 at Kallang Ave. The staff, the photographer, the photo shoot nanny were professional, polite and very friendly. The studio is spacious. Our photo shoot took about 1.5hours and there was no boredom. Our family was entertained by the photographer and nanny, both are friendly and funny elderly and injected plenty of humour to help us get the best result from the shoot. They really know how to put you at ease and relax. The photos turn out really great! We picked several and framed it and will use it as family portrait. Children individual photo framed as desktop photo. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfied experience. Graduation and family portrait only 1 place for me - Raffles Studio.
