I purchased a electric scooter from this company sometime last September. It cost about $2K++. The device was not able to start up recently and hence we called them for assitance. I paid $35 for an on- site technician to troubleshoot any issues. In the end, it had to be transported back to Rainbow for a more detailed repair. After examination, the technician advised that the battery has to be replaced with a cost of$240, with no warranty for the new battery even though I bought this device less than half a year ago. After debating with the Sales lady there, she finally provided us with a lame warranty of 7 days and with a take it or leave it attitude ! Honestly, the sales folks was polite and attentive when I first purchase the device. However, their after-sales atttitude and term is poor and disappointing. Would have gotten a better after sales service elsewhere and will not go back again. Spent $2k ++ in return for frustation and disappointment.

We went to Rainbow Care to purchase a hospital bed. The staff there were excellent and they helped us with a quick delivery the next day. When the next day came around, I needed a couple of extra things, which they were able to add into my delivery before it left, which saved me a trip there! Fantastic. Today, there was a problem with the motor on the bed, RC arranged for the technician to come by so quickly so that the bed was fixed. The service has been great. Very grateful to them!!

Rainbow Care really stands up to its name. On Thursday 27/1 evening, I realised that my mum’s alternating pressure mattress wasn’t working. I called up Rainbow Care and spoke to Miss Chloe. I wanted to buy a new mattress but Miss Chloe advised to bring it to the centre to have it check by the technician. Really appreciate her advice and prompt action because it saved me $$. I ended up paying a minimal sum to replace the tube that was damaged instead of buying a new one. Because Miss Chloe showed sincere care, I ended buy Gel Pressure Cushion and disposal gloves. I would also like to thank the technician who helped us. You both are wonderful and caring people.

We have to home-care my 92 years old dad after his fall. We needed a hospital bed urgently and goggled for one on a Sunday morning. We compared many options and found the "3 Crank Electrical Split Hospital Bed" sold by Rainbow Care best fit our needs. The specifications are very well defined, allowing us to judge the fit. Most importantly, they have Free Express Delivery. We called Rainbow Care around 0915hrs, we placed our order and because delivery schedule allows, we got our Hospital Bed delivered by 1100hrs on the same dat. Delivery and installation was hassle free. Thank you so much Rainbow Care.

Excellent customer service! Urgently in need of oxygen cylinder tank and rainbow care is kind enough to deliver it within 1 hour of my request. The customer service reps are also very patient and knowledgeable on their products and when in doubt, will return call promptly after checking with the technician.
